Koru Basic, our introductory course to meditation, provides a space to explore a number of different ways to meditate to find what works for you.
In our 4 week series, we will work on:

Koru Basic is a 4 session course that will teach you the skills of mindfulness and meditation. It will also help you build the habit of using it in your life beyond pandemics!
Koru Basic is typically $167.00 for 4 weeks but this is a 'Pay What You Can' series and that is exactly what it means. You can pay what you can here. We will meet on Zoom for 4 weeks and you will receive further instructions after enrolling.
