This group is for those that are looking to:
Feel validated and supported
Learn to understand and change your relationship with anxiety
Create a lifestyle that addresses anxiety through mind, body, and spirit.
This group will run for 4 weeks: 7/11, 7/18, 7/25, and 8/1 from 6:00-7:30pm EST. (Preferable to attend all four groups as different topics will take place in each, but not required).

Cost per group session is $30. Discount available if you pay for all 4 sessions at once, total $100.
